    I ordered the Table Top Angel arrangement. It was mainly all white/cream colored flowers. I was advised that they may not have enough white flowers to use, which I said was ok. I actually preferred a little color in the arrangement. Today when I saw the arrangement at the head of the casket, I was so truly amazed at how beautiful the arrangement looked. I had no idea what to expect since I left the colors in the hands of Novak Schaefer to decide. Thank you so very very much for delivering such a beautiful arrangement to my friend. I would highly recommend Novak-Schafer Florist to everyone.

    My original delivery arrived 1-week early with substitutions made. This was a little upsetting, and my review would not be 5 stars if it were not for the excellent customer service. After a quick call, I received a call from the owner (I believe) who apologized for the issues, and assured me that a new bouquet would be delivered on the correct date without the substitutions. They lived up to their word and my SO received two deliveries for one price. I’ve had great experiences before and look forward to giving NSF by business in the future.
