You order was placed during Mother's Day week and the website did say with your order that we would do our best to come as close as possible. I am thinking they had to use gerbera daisies in place of sunflowers which had sold out. Know that we strive to do our very best.     Flowers from Glenda’s always make my mom smile. I have trusted Glenda’s for several years to provide beautiful arrangements for her birthday, Mother’s Day and Christmas.     A boutonnière was listed with the color of a rose you guys didn’t even have. It was still beautiful, but it broke me to see my daughter so disappointed as there was nothing more we could do last minute. Please contact your customers if you don’t have the actual shades that pertain to what they order.

    Great service, I made a mistake on the delivery date when I placed my order on line. One two minute phone call corrected my mistake and the delivery was made as I wanted. The floral arrangement was as beautiful expected and delivered on time. I will be using Glenda's again..

    I can't say enough good things here. In addition to delivering the MOST BEAUTIFUL arrangement of flowers to a co-worker, they went out of their way to correct an error I made by accidently providing them with an incorrect address. They called, we corrected the error and they still made the delivery the same day!! Did I mention they went outside their normal delivery area to do this?? I would highly recommend Glenda's to anyone needing a florist in this area. Thank you, thank you, THANK YOU!!!

    Mom's birthday flowers put a huge smile on my mom's face, they were absolutely beautiful! Staff was kind, helpful, and professional. Delivery was on time. One critique is that I put in the "special notes" for the driver to wish my mom a happy birthday, which didn't happen....but that's small compared to how awesome the service was!     Hello, I am the sender of the flowers, Loretta BRUCH. I ordered very bright orange, peach and coral colors, the Brilliance Bouquet. What was received was nothing close. Not very colorful, no Gebreras. Although I was disappointed, I also know it was short notice, and a busy holiday.

    First time ordering flowers for my parents. Sent the Fall Flower Gala Arrangement for their anniversary. The call from my mom said it all. She said it was the most beautiful arrangement they have received. Several friends at Freedom Village also commented on the flowers.     While the flowers for my mother's 90th birthday were nice, I was disappointed that they arrived so late in the day--well after I called to wish her a happy birthday.
