    From Amsterdam, I sent flowers to my wife at her new office, in Halifax. My apologies to the delivery guy. I didn’t realise office opening was delayed a week. He was a little short with my wife when he finally called her, per the note I left with Michelle’s contact details. (Suggested he might deliver flowers to the trash). Again, my apologies.     Amazing service! Requested for a timed delivery but being unable to get a hold of the recipient, Twisted Willow called me and updated me on the situation. This allowed me to get in touch with the recipient and determine the next best delivery time. Once I updated Twisted Willow, they reached back out to the recipient and managed everything until delivery. This is how florists ought to operate, in my opinion. Keep up the good work.

    The owner called to arrange delivery. We agreed on a time and he came exactly when he said he would. Both the woman on the phone and the man that delivered them were courteous and professional. The flowers were gorgeous. If I could make one suggestion, the woman on the phone when I was arranging to have them delivered said that Heather was the one that ordered them. That would have been a nice surprise, opening the card not knowing who had sent them.

    The service was great, and I have heard that the flowers were absolutely beautiful. I ordered them in the morning for same day delivery to my best friend who was having a baby, and the only instructions I gave were to send them in her name to the delivery ward at the hospital. After the baby was born she wrote me a note to say how beautiful they were, and how incredible the timing - she said it was probably 15 minutes after the baby was born that there was a knock on the door and the flowers were there. I know it's more coincidence than anything, but you couldn't have delivered those flowers at a better time! And even the nurses kept commenting on how beautiful they were. Thank you!
